He is responsible for driving the customer experience (CX), marketing technology (martech), and chief marketing officer (CMO) research across Asia/Pacific, providing advice to both tech buyers and vendors. He has spent more than 20 years working in digital transformation (DX) across numerous industries from banking to founding their own tech start-up.Throughout his career, Abhishek has prioritized customer service and experience.
